1. Build vector database ingesting Clarity documentation, Stacks SIPs, and sample repos; implement retrieval augmented generation (RAG) for code search. 2. Package CLI as VS Code/Cursor MCP server with Clarity-specific rule sets. 3. Enable in-IDE invocation. 4. Create comprehensive README and tutorial video. 5. Release open-source v1.0 under MIT license. Submit report to DeGrants. What Success Looks Like: • v1.0 released on GitHub (open-source, MIT license, installable package). • Functional VS Code/Cursor extension (developers can invoke from IDE). • RAG-based search working with Clarity docs and SIPs. • Documentation complete (README published, 5–10 min tutorial video).
