Deliverables include four completed Spaces with at least 150 cumulative listeners, two public recap threads summarizing learnings and next steps, and an initial Google Form sign-up list of 50+ interested participants for the in-person events. The goal is to build excitement and awareness ahead of the January meetups while strengthening bonds across the Nigerian Stacks community. $1000

By the end of this milestone, logistics will be finalized, volunteers assigned, and both events ready to execute smoothly at the start of the new year.

Host the two in-person Stacks Ignite Sessions in Lagos and Abuja, each bringing together 50–100 attendees for workshops, collaborative discussions, and networking. Deliverables include event photos and short video clips, attendance logs, a summary of at least 25 new project ideas or collaborations sparked, and post-event feedback via Google Forms showing at least 80% satisfaction. A final wrap-up thread will be shared on X highlighting outcomes, community impact, and future goals for Stacks Nigeria. The goal is to translate online energy into real-world collaboration and lasting community growth.
